“‘WOW’ affect”

Dear Mr. Whitacre,

It is not often – approaching never I’d say -that I write a thank you letter to a vendor. Like you, I am a businessperson and making our customers happy is all in a day’s work.

However, I do want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the absolutely fabulous job that HP and his helper at Drape Kings did with draping for my synagogue’s Opening Gala this past Sunday evening. They were consistently professional, thorough and helpful.

My wife, Judy, was the co-chair of the event with me. We were going for a ”wow” affect within our budget. We didn’t get a ”wow” affect. We got a ‘WOW’ affect. Judy told me that mouths were agape as our guests entered the Social Hall.

In fact, people were so enamored with the room that I had many people come over a suggest to me that we purchase our own draping!! Don’t worry, we’re not, but that just shows how much our attendees loved the look!

Our Social Hall was transformed into an area of beauty and elegance. It would not have been possible to achieve this without the draping that Drape Kings provided, along with HP’s great advice and service. The entire evening, Judy and I were thanked for the fabulous job we did, but I did insist that it was really the work of all of our vendors that made the evening possible.

So Drape Kings and HP did the best thing possible: You made me look good!

Also, I’d like to mention the great job that Derrick Valenti did working with me on the agreement. He was able to address my concerns in a timely and expeditious way. Derrick’s “can do” attitude contributed greatly to my working with Drape Kings.

As we move forward I want you to know that I will gladly recommend Drape Kings for future events at Shaare Tefila or whenever and wherever I, or anyone else, have the need for decorative draping.

“The Perfect Pipe and Drape”

We just wanted to send you a quick note to THANK YOU for your expertise in helping us to select the perfect pipe and drape system for our needs!

It arrived with a couple of days to spare before our first event using it, so we had a little bit of time to check it out, get used to it, and figure out how it would be used with the satin fabric that we had also purchased with this ‘plan’ in mind. It worked beautifully, and we are excited to use it again and again for various events.

You were extremely helpful, and we would like to THANK YOU for sending us various samples of fabric so that we had a choice, it gave us peace of mind knowing that it was the perfect ‘thickness’, and once it arrived, we were very happy with the selection.

I have attached a picture of our first event using the drapery, as you can see, we did alright!

Well talk about amazing service right from the first enquiry at your end to the delivery here in New Zealand.

The fabric has arrived. Yahoo.

Took me about 15 minutes just to get into the box as it was packaged so well – so thank you for that. It did have a long way to travel and a lot of handling so packaging was important to ensure against any damage.

The fabric is just perfect, just what we ordered so we couldn’t be happier. All I have to do now is cut 41 lengths and sew it all up. Can’t wait.

Beats the old NZ fabric we had but our client who has purchased it is over the moon like we are with our new fabric. They actually contributed muchly to the purchase of this through us selling our old drapery to them so everyone is happy.

Thank you again Frank and your team for organising all this and not forgetting that extra 7 yards you gave us. This drapery will be used regularly at our Auckland University events that my husband and I look after with sound/AV/staging etc.
