We take great pride in caring for our products. By reviewing the following Kings Rules, we hope to provide the same great product and service to all our clients.
- BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL, the Drapes are easily damaged. Just think of them as belonging to your grandmother and handle with care.
- Only use approved clips to hang drape, DO NOT use STAPLES or TAPE.
- Please do NOT CLAMP ANYTHING to the Drape Kings’ hardware without prior approval. Hardware is designed to support drapes only. Clips are available for posting signage if needed.
- Please clean and COVER ALL FLOOR AREAS with the plastic floor coverings before unfolding or folding drapes. NEVER PULL DRAPES OFF SUPPORT hardware; that causes the drapes to rip and tear.
- KEEP DRAPES AWAY FROM ALL LIQUIDS. Any liquid can stain, and then the drape will require additional cleaning.
- Upon return, All DRAPES MUST BE FOLDED. Fold all drapes with audience side (Nap) in. The jute/grommets & size markings shall be on the outside corner when folded correctly.
- All Hardware should be returned in their designated cases free of tape, string, rope or other gack.

Please comply with these rules to keep any damage fees at a minimum. Failure to follow these rules will result in additional fees charged to authorized credit card or invoiced separately. Of course, if you should run into an issue and need assistance, please contact us immediately.
