Whether your event is across town or 3,000 miles away, our fleet of trucks (or a common carrier) will get it there in time for you. We service the entire New York City and Washington DC metropolitan areas from our home locations, picking up and delivering our products to your location at your convenience.

We use our own innovative shipping containers to ensure our products arrive in condition for every rental, free of charge. In addition, all of our transport products are available for purchase.

Drape Kings Hampers

Drape Kings’ rigid plastic hampers are stackable for quick storage, and are built with full swivel wheels for easy movement up a ramp and across a ballroom floor. The hampers are easily stackable two high for truck packs or strapped and palleted for common carrier shipments to your location.

Drape Kings Pipe Cases & Bags

Drape Kings exclusive roto-molded plastic pipe cases are built strong, are road-tested, and are crew-approved to protect your pipe and drape uprights and horizontals against damage during transportation. Rental orders are packed in the plastic pipe cases or heavy duty cordura pipe bags.  Our pipe cases offer a built-in pair of wheels at one end and handles at the other for easy pull-a-long hauling.

 

After years of research and development and trying different methods of transporting bases between sites,

Drape Kings settled on a case design of Russian Birch, 14-Layer Ply Base Boxes that can transport 8 steel plates weighing 35lb. with a dimension of 3/8″ x 18″ x 18″. Jumbo 24″ 62lb. base plate boxes are built with the same workhorse design and are equipped to carry four plates per box. Both designs can easily jump a curb using our American-made hand trucks that come standard with 10″ semi-pneumatic wheels.
