The use of this site and/or the ordering process is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below:
Your use of this site, and/or your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Drape Kings indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with, or printed on, any purchase order, whether such terms or conditions are signed by Drape Kings or not. Drape Kings reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Drape Kings provides service to sales customers as defined by the terms set forth in this Terms of Use agreement. Drape Kings may update the Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Users have the obligation to review changes in these Terms of Use. Unless otherwise specified, such changes shall be effective when they are posted.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
Drape Kings products are guaranteed against defects in materials for thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Drape Kings makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold or marketed on the Drape Kings sites. Except as expressly stated herein, Drape Kings expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Drape Kings in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Drape Kings arising from any product sold on the Drape Kings sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Drape Kings, its directors, officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
Ordering
Drape Kings may change prices and specifications, or discontinue any item without notice. Drape Kings accepts payment by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer. Drape Kings offers net credit terms to customers based on satisfactory credit review. Effective May 2023, a 3.4% processing fee will be charged on all credit card payments for net term invoices when paid during or after the open terms period.
Deadlines and Lead Times
While we strive to meet all customer deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates in every situation. Delays do not waive the customer’s obligation to pay standard cancellation fees.
To minimize delays, we strongly recommend:
* Placing orders with sufficient lead time for processing and shipping.
* Informing us of critical deadlines at the time of purchase.
* Monitoring your email for tracking information when your order ships.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Drape Kings reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Drape Kings reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Shipping
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship orders promptly. In-stock items may ship the same day, while custom-made items are shipped based on workload, with estimated dates provided. If you wish to receive in-stock items separately, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Methods
We default to standard ground shipping at the lowest cost. To request expedited shipping or a specific carrier, please notify us when placing your order.
Shipping Acceptance and Damage Claims
Shipping damage can occur, but to file a successful claim, you must inspect the shipment and note any damage at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may prevent Drape Kings from filing a claim, and you will need to contact your own insurance provider.
If packaging shows visible damage, immediately open it and inspect the product. If the product is damaged, refuse delivery and ask the carrier to return it for inspection.
Important: Upon delivery, inspect the package. If there is any visible damage, even minor, write “SHIPMENT DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt, or note “ACCEPTED WITHOUT INSPECTION” if you haven’t inspected the package.
Contact us immediately for obvious damage or within 48 hours for hidden damage, and provide a copy of the signed waybill.
Retain all shipping materials—do not discard or damage them until you are fully satisfied with the product. Returns must be in new, resalable condition and authorized.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Returns Policy
Defective/Wrong Merchandise
If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange for the items to be picked up at no cost to you, with no restocking fee applied.
Standard Stock Items
Eligibility: Standard stock items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, and restocking fees when applicable. Items must be unused, in new condition and include original packaging .Products received other than in the original packaging may not be resalable, if in doubt, please discuss the situation with us. Returns will be refused if damaged, soiled, show signs of use or have missing parts.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made items, including those made with stock fabrics, are non-returnable. If you have any questions about these policies, please contact us before placing your order.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee may apply to all non-custom (Standard Stock) orders.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
Stock Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive a full refund, with no restocking fee applied.
Order Cancellations After Shipment
If your order ships and you cancel it afterward, you will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
In such cases, you must accept delivery of the shipment and contact us to arrange the return. Refusing delivery of a shipment is not an acceptable method of cancellation and may result in additional fees and penalties.
Stock Item Orders
Stock item orders may be canceled prior to shipment, and charges will be reversed.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made items, including those made with stock fabrics, are non-returnable. If you have any questions about these policies, please contact us before placing your order. Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the order has not yet entered production.
Submission of Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund Processing
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Drape Kings Installation Services
For custom/sales orders that include installation, all labor is estimated on the quote, any changes and or additions will be reflected in the final invoice.
By approving this quote you agree to be charged for any additional on-site labor accrued.
* Labor is subject to minimum call times of four (4) hours or more.
* Labor between 10pm and 6am is charged time and a half (1.5 x regular rate.)
* Labor calls are subject to time and a half (1.5 x regular rate) after 10 hours.
* Labor on holidays charged at double time (2 x regular rate.)
Final Sale
All sales are final 15 days after order acceptance. Returns or cancellations must be pre-authorized.
Sales Taxes
Sales Tax and Tax Exemption
Drape Kings shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses within the states of Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and any other jurisdiction that imposes sales tax at the time of sale.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for any and all sales taxes or other taxes applicable to orders shipped to locations outside of the aforementioned states or jurisdictions.
Tax Exemption
If a customer provides a valid and verified tax exemption certificate prior to the sale, no sales tax shall be charged, subject to approval and verification by Drape Kings. Refunds due to tax exemption noted after the fact may be subject to a $50 processing fee.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Drape Kings shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Drape Kings sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in the County of Hudson, New Jersey.
Currency/Freight
All prices are quoted in US Dollars ($US,) and are quoted FOB warehouse. Drape Kings reserves the right to determine the optimal warehouse from which to ship, and to charge freight accordingly from that warehouse. Customers wishing to specify specific carriers, or specialized service, shall provide an account number for said carrier or service. Orders too large to ship via UPS shall be shipped with a common freight carrier, unless prior arrangements are made between the customer and Drape Kings. Freight estimates assume a “normal” delivery. Cost may be significantly higher for shipments that go to residential addresses, require a lift gate, or present other delivery challenges. The customer is responsible for all delivery charges, Shipping quotes for international orders do not include local brokerage, duties and taxes.

Website Permitted Use
Users of Drape Kings Internet site may use the site to review Drape Kings content and make a single copy of pages from the site on their hard drive or in print for their own personal, non-commercial use. No other use of information is authorized. Drape Kings shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your original form of payment charged. If your original form of payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Drape Kings shall immediately issue a credit to your original form of payment in the amount of the charge.
