The deep hue of Encore Provincial Blue will make any event a memorable one. Both Provincial and Royal Blue Encore are first choice colors for most political affairs. This durable fabric has low light opacity, is IFR and wrinkle resistant. It is typically hung at 50% fullness which can easily be increased, creating an even more lucious look.
